What to Wear to a Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) Session. (copia)
What you wear to a Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) session matters more than you might think. Breathwork is a deeply somatic experience, and anything that restricts your body can limit your breath and your ability to go deep.
Loose, comfortable clothing, soft natural fabrics, and non-restrictive tops allow the diaphragm and lungs to move freely. Avoid tight waistbands, underwire bras, heavy jewelry, strong perfumes, and even high ponytails — small discomforts become amplified when you’re lying down and breathing continuously.
Think of your outfit as a container for your experience. When your body feels safe and free, your breath can do the rest.
