A warm, guided 4-week journey designed for people who are ready to create lasting change in their relationship with their body, mind, and self.

Each journey is completely personalized for you. Together, we’ll create a plan that meets your needs in the moment—whether that’s tools to release tension, style guidance so your wardrobe feels aligned with your energy, or breathing and movement techniques you can carry into your everyday life.

How the Journey works

Your journey begins with connection, clarity, and a personalized plan — then we move into four weeks of guided, embodied transformation.

1. Connection Call — 15 minutes (Free)

A focused 30-minute session where we dive deeper into your unique story, challenges, and desires. We use this time to design a fully customized 4-week roadmap tailored to your nervous system and specific healing goals.

2. Intention Design Session — 30 minutes

Before your program begins, we explore your story, challenges, and desires in more depth.
This session allows me to design a fully customized 4-week journey based on your needs, nervous system, and goals.

Your 4-Week Embodied Journey

Week 1 — Opening Session (90 minutes)

We begin by grounding into your body, clarifying your intentions, and creating safety.
Breathwork, embodiment, and self-connection tools open the space for transformation.

Week 2 — Embodiment & Emotional Release

A responsive session tailored to what you need most:
breathwork for regulation, movement for softening, or self-compassion practices to ease inner pressure.

Week 3 — Inner Expansion & Confidence Building

We deepen your embodied awareness and strengthen inner safety.
If aligned, we introduce conscious style guidance to support authentic self-expression.

Week 4 — Integration & Embodied Closure

A grounding closing session where we reflect, integrate, and create a practical plan you can carry into daily life.
This session seals your transformation and strengthens your independence.
