    1. Complimentary Discovery Call (15 Min)

    Before committing, we connect for a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your goals and confirm if our approach is the right fit for you. No strings attached.

    2. Initial Deep Dive & Personalized Plan (1.5 Hours)

    Your first session is a full 90-minute deep dive into your history, current patterns, and goals. We use this information to create your personalized game plan, which you review and refine together during the session.

    • Location: Sessions are held virtually (via Zoom) or in-person at 1123 Broadway in Flatiron.

    3. Consistent Follow-Ups & Mastery (1.5 Hours)

    We schedule regular 90-minute follow-ups (weekly or biweekly) to actively implement and fine-tune your plan. Consistency is essential for lasting change. As you progress and feel better, we adjust the cadence to support your long-term independence and self-mastery.

  • Yes! You can send your questions via email or WhatsApp while going through the lessons, and I’ll personally get back to you to guide your journey.

  • Absolutely! You can always schedule additional sessions or new packages tailored to your current needs.

  • The 1:1 Sessions may not be the right fit if you’re looking for quick fixes or if you’re not open to gentle, embodied self-exploration.

  • The mentorship sessions are live, either in person or via Zoom, so you can interact, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance. Some courses include pre-recorded materials for you to practice anytime.

  • To book your course or private session, you can schedule a call directly through my online calendar. During this free call, we’ll discuss your needs and confirm the plan that’s best for you.

  • Since sessions are personalized, it’s important to notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t attend, so we can reschedule. If no notice is given, the session will be considered completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
