Breathing Through Grief: Learning to Live Again
My life was full of color, warmth, and love — until it changed in the blink of an eye. When my mom passed away from melanoma, grief hit me like a tidal wave. I held my breath, swung from a fragile string like a piñata, and struggled to find solid ground. Through pranayama, rebirthing, and Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) training, I’ve been learning to breathe again, to open to life, and to move forward step by step — carrying her memory with me while finding hope, presence, and love in the world once more.
