    Assessment & Goal Setting: In our first session, we’ll evaluate your current challenges and establish clear, achievable goals.

    Weekly Sessions: Participate in regular 50-minute sessions, each designed to build on the progress of the previous one.

    Progress Reviews: Periodic check-ins to review your progress and adjust the coaching plan as needed.

  • Session Fees: $150 per 50-minute session.

    Payment Methods: Accepting credit card, debit card, or HSA payments.

    Insurance: Not accepting insurance; a superbill can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement.

    Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours' notice to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.
